Renaissance began with a simple question: why does almost nobody in Europe experience Head Spa the way it’s done at its source? We went looking for the answer in Japanese and Korean protocols, in rhythm, in listening, in the details that turn care into ritual.

Léia Santos is a certified trainer, scalp-care therapist and massage therapist with more than 20 years of experience in advanced aesthetics, cosmetics, massage therapy, Asian massage and trichology. Her path is international and pioneering in wellbeing and aesthetics, and she is the founder of Renaissance Head Spa.
She studied massage therapy and aesthetics in Thailand, specialised in Korean and Thai protocols and oriental practices in Thailand and Indonesia, and speaks at events across Europe on scalp therapies and Asian techniques. She has clinics in Geneva (Switzerland) and France, and teaches in English, Portuguese, French, German, Spanish and Italian.
There is also a personal story: faced with androgenetic alopecia, she felt the need to understand, experiment and rebuild. That challenge became her speciality — and gave rise to Renaissance Head Spa, a concept that joins technique, sensory experience and care, created for demanding clients and for professionals who want to position themselves in the premium segment.
She created a teaching method that goes beyond execution: it prepares professionals to position themselves in the premium segment, build sustainable careers and deliver a service clients want to come back to.
