How many people can take part?

The published format is designed for teams of 2 to 12 people. For larger groups, the proposal is adapted after the diagnosis.

Is the training held in our space?

It can be held in-house or at a location to be agreed, depending on logistics and need. Learning in the real working context is usually the most effective option.

Do we need experience to start?

No. The offer is designed for those starting out and for professionals who want to specialise, reposition the service or structure a new area.

What equipment does the Turnkey project include?

It depends on the models you choose: you can pick from six professional models, from plumbed-in tables (Kumo, Tora, Natsuki, Sayo, Riko) to the standalone Miku basin. Each comes with an extendable gold arch, ergonomic headrest, light therapy, fumigation pack and a free accessory kit. What is included is confirmed in the proposal.

Is it suitable for a salon, spa or hotel?

Yes. The proposal can be adapted to different contexts, including salons, spas, boutique projects, hospitality and larger operations.

Is there support afterwards?

Yes. Both levels include strategic follow-up after the training, adjusted to the scope and intensity of the project you choose.

In which language is the team trained?

Léia teaches in English, Portuguese, French, German, Spanish and Italian. We agree the language of the training with you when we build the proposal.

How is the final investment defined?

Team training usually ranges from €1,500 to €3,000 and the Turnkey project from €4,000 to €8,000+, depending on team size, equipment and scope. Luxury hotels and exclusive projects are quoted individually, and the proposal states exactly what is included.

Can I buy only the equipment?

Yes. Choose the models and quantities and ask for pricing directly on WhatsApp. If you prefer, the equipment can also be proposed together with the training.

Which model should I choose?

It depends on your space and service. If you have hot and cold water plus drainage, the tables (Kumo, Tora, Natsuki, Sayo, Riko) give the full experience. To start without works, the Miku basin is standalone and ready in about 5 minutes, but it needs a massage table, which is not included. We help you decide in the proposal.

Do I need plumbing works?

The tables connect to hot water, cold water and drainage, so we recommend a plumber. The Miku basin needs no connection: it has its own 60 L and 30 L tanks and only requires an electrical outlet.
